Submitting a form or inquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only once we accept it and any required deposit or payment is received. Quoted prices may include applicable taxes, gratuity, and fees as shown at the time of quoting.
Deposits and payment terms are communicated during the booking process. Full payment may be required in advance of your charter or service date.
Cancellation and refund terms are provided with your booking confirmation and may vary by service and date. Weather-related changes are handled on a case-by-case basis in the interest of guest safety.
